Who we are

WarmStart is a product of MySEODesk. This policy covers the warmstartnow.com website. It does not cover a WarmStart installation that a customer runs for its own team; that customer sets its own rules for its own contacts.

What we collect

When you ask for a walkthrough: your name, work email, company, phone number if you give one, and your message.

When you visit any page: the page you viewed, the page that sent you, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), advertising click IDs (gclid, fbclid), your screen size, the language of the page, your IP address, and your browser, operating system and device type (worked out from your browser's user agent). We also work out your approximate location (country, region, city and map coordinates for that city) and internet provider from your IP address, and we mark visits that look like automated bots. That lookup uses a database on our own server, so your IP address is not sent to anyone else for it.

Bot check: the walkthrough form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which sees your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots. It loads on the walkthrough page only.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set cookies on this site. Cloudflare hosts the site and provides cookieless page-view statistics.

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we do not make the visit record described under “What we collect.” Cloudflare's cookieless page-view statistics are separate.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How we use it

• To answer your walkthrough request.
• To see which pages and campaigns bring visitors.
• To keep the site secure and stop spam.

Who handles it for us

• Cloudflare: hosting, page-view statistics and the Turnstile bot check.
• Resend: the email that tells us you asked for a walkthrough.

Your request is also saved in our own CRM. Visit records are kept on our own server.

How long we keep it

We have not set an automatic deletion schedule. Walkthrough requests and visit records stay until we delete them, and we delete them when you ask.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We post changes on this page and update the date above.
