WarmStart security
This page explains how WarmStart protects your team's data. Customers can ask us for a walkthrough of the details.
Your own database
Each customer has a private installation with its own database. Your records are never stored alongside another customer's.
Signing in
Passwords are never stored in readable form. Sign-in has protections against repeated password guessing and automated attempts. A password reset link works only once and expires. An admin can require a user to change their password at next sign-in.
Who sees what
Admins, managers and reps each see and change only what their role allows. Only admins manage users.
Connections and backups
WarmStart is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. The database is backed up before every software update.
Every campaign message carries an unsubscribe link, including one-click unsubscribe. A hard bounce or spam complaint stops all further mail to that address.
The demo
The public demo cannot send email or call anyone, and it resets every night.
What we do not claim
WarmStart does not claim any compliance certification or audit report. If you need a specific one, ask before you buy.
