When HubSpot may fit better

HubSpot's pricing page lists over 2,000 apps and web services that connect to it. If your team lives in a long list of other tools, that matters.

Worked example: 5 seats of Professional

Using HubSpot's own numbers: 5 seats at $90 per seat per month on annual billing is $5,400 a year. Add the required one-time Professional onboarding fee of $1,500 and the first year is $6,900. This is plain arithmetic on the prices above, not a quote from HubSpot, and it leaves out add-ons and credit packs.

WarmStart pricing is not set. The commitment is that WarmStart will cost less than HubSpot Sales Hub Professional.
