Why WarmStart
If you are comparing CRMs, the screenshots will not tell you much. Ask where your data will live and who will set it up, then read on for how WarmStart answers.
What to check in any new CRM
- Where does my data live?
- Each WarmStart customer gets a private installation with its own database and its own web address. Your records are never in a table shared with other customers, and a change made for another customer never changes your WarmStart.
- Who sets it up?
- We do, with you. We start your pipeline from an industry template (office equipment dealer, agency or generic) and edit it to match how you sell. We connect your website forms so each lead arrives labeled with its source, and we create your users and roles. Then we load your current clients, contacts, deals and notes from a file you review first.
- What happens when we need a change?
- We make changes to your installation only, shaped around how your team sells, within reason. A change another customer asks for never lands in yours.
- What security does it actually have?
- Each customer has a private database. Sign-in has protections against repeated password guessing, and each role sees only what it is allowed to. We back up the database before every software update. WarmStart does not claim any compliance certification or audit report. See the security page for more.
- Will the email side get us in trouble?
- The drip sender refuses to run without your postal address. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, including one-click unsubscribe, and a hard bounce or spam complaint stops all further mail to that address.
- Can I try it without a sales call?
- Yes. The demo runs on a made-up office equipment dealer. It cannot send email or call anyone, and it resets every night.
One app for the daily work
Leads, deals, contacts and organizations sit next to company research, drip email campaigns and a browser phone. A daily call list gives each rep a stable set of organizations to call. Each logged call gets an outcome: connected, interested, meeting booked, call back later, voicemail, no answer or do not call.
What WarmStart is not
- Not a shared platform. Your installation and your database are yours alone.
- Not a sign-up form that leaves you to configure everything yourself.
- Not a product that claims certifications it does not have.
